Meta Facades were appointed by Mace Construction to deliver a comprehensive external envelope package including facade design, structural and thermal engineering, material scheduling, design management, and BIM modelling for the project. The facade features bespoke extruded, and ram pressed terracotta panels. These panels are supported by a custom aluminium truss backing structure specifically designed to limit deflection and manage the size of movement joints. In addition to the terracotta facade, our design solutions extend to several other elements such as the stainless-steel balustrades, plantroom cladding, ground floor curtain wall and ballistic windows.

A notable highlight of the project is the distinctive building entrance, which will feature specially designed, one-off panels tailored to suit the unique geometry of the space. For this particular element, we are collaborating closely with Palalgio and EPA architects to design and model each individual part. This collaboration is crucial in ensuring the excellence and precision required for such a bespoke application.
